What conditions can you treat virtually?

Our doctors can diagnose and treat several medical conditions virtually. These include UTI, sinus infection, sexually transmitted infection, rash, common cold, and more! They can also do medication refills and order COVID-19 tests.

What do I get with my subscription plan?

Great question! You get unlimited access to our rockstar team of board-certified doctors. They can help you with many primary and urgent care needs. For more information on what our doctors treat, click here.

Video visits are per user on the selected plan.

● The 12-month plan includes unlimited texting and five total video visits per year.

● The 6-month plan includes unlimited texting and three total video visits every six months.

● The 3-month plan includes unlimited texting and two total video visits every three months.

● The month-to-month plan includes unlimited texting and one video visit.

Are there any initiation fees or hidden fees?

None at all! We promise.

Can I get more video visits if I need to?

Yes. If you subscribe to any of our plans, you can buy additional video visits at a discount, for $20 per video visit.

Is unlimited texting really unlimited?

Yes!

Will a doctor be accessible to me 24/7?

Our doctors and staff are available between 8 AM EST – 10 PM EST to answer any questions. Our team will respond to inquiries received during off-hours first thing the following morning.

Is customer support available?

Absolutely! You can use the chat feature on our website, and our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if the doctor cannot help me with my condition?

In some cases, our doctors will be unable to care for your medical condition virtually. Sometimes medical conditions require more advanced care than what we can provide through the medium of telemedicine. In such cases, the DocReady doctor will recommend that you see a doctor in person as soon as possible. 

What if I am not satisfied? Can I cancel my subscription?

We strive to ensure you are delighted with our service. You can cancel the month-to-month subscription at any time. If you have any issues, you can contact our customer support, and we will do everything we can to ensure we meet your needs.

Can I add additional members to my subscription?

Yes! We offer discounts for adding additional members. Once you select your plan, you can add others at checkout.

Do I need health insurance to use DocReady’s services?

Absolutely not! In fact, we do not accept health insurance at this time.

Can you send prescriptions to my pharmacy?

Yes! We can send prescriptions to any pharmacy in the U.S

Can you order laboratory tests?

Yes! Our primary care doctors can order many laboratory tests.

Are medication prescriptions and laboratory testing included in my subscription plan?

Our doctors can send prescriptions to any pharmacy and can order laboratory tests as well. Any prescription medicines and laboratory tests will be additional costs that will need to be paid by the patient. We have partnered with Quest Diagnostics for labs, and our team can send prescription coupons to get you additional savings.

Can you prescribe controlled substances?

No. At this time, we have a no controlled-substances policy.
